That's what the National Institutes of Health is trying to assess, as they've given a $2 million grant to Rachel Jones, a faculty member at Rutgers College to study if viewing a specially made soap opera on a cell phone will convince New Jersey woman ages 18-25 to use condoms. The control group in the study of 250 woman will just receive text messages urging sex safe.

About 30 residents of the small dairy town of Stephenville Texas are claiming that they saw an unidentified flying object hovering over them on January 8th. With the Air Force claming no airplanes were in the area at the time, this cell phone video, if it’s not in fact a hoax, gives us the best clue to what was going on in Stephenville on that mysterious night.
