I'm not even joking when I ask this, are gay marriages allowed in California again? First they weren't, then they were, then they weren't again, and now I have no idea.

In any case Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Ross had some sort of commitment ceremony Saturday night in Beverly Hills, and gay or straight, I'm for commitment ceremonies because I think anyone who wants to get married should be committed.

All product placement is not created equal... apparently LG is really bad at it.

Brandchannel Magazine, and if you've ever heard of them before your so lying, just came out with their fourth annual Product Placement Awards, and gave the movie Iron Man and LG the Odd Couple Award for "most seemingly ineffective product placement" of the LG cell phone in the movie.

T-Mobile has the world's first android

If no human can save T-Mobile, maybe an android can.

T-Mobile, which has fallen to fourth place, behind AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon in terms of subscribers for cell phone carriers, was just thrown a life-line by Google and manufacturer HTC, who have just announced that they're teaming up with T-Mobile to release the first Android OS cell phone.

Android is of course Google's much anticipated new open source operating system.

But since every report also insists that there was a cell phone sex tape, also leaked by ex-lover Luca Marin onto the internet, the question remains, what the hell happened to that tape?

Can a start up internet magazine claim to be exclusive because only 2 people are reading it?

Actually, the start up luxury fashion magazine "PMc" claims to be exclusive because of the access it give you to the rich and famous, through the lens of Patrick McMullan, a well known NYC nightlife photographer.

The publication will be a bimonthly, is available exclusive through iTunes, and is formatted, again exclusively for the iPhone - for the price of 99 cents per issue.

blackberry free themes - how to make them yourself

In researching how to get Blackberry free themes, I found that pretty much the only way to make them for yourself was using a program called the Plazmic Content Developer's Kit for Blackberry.

It's completely free but not the easiest thing to use or download.
