iPhone 3G problems: competition cheaper?

Lower prices tingling!Lower prices tingling!

Sprint's iPhone like Samsung Instinct doesn't even go on sale until June 20th, and they already can't stop slashing the price of it: the latest is drop is from an iPhone like $199, to $129 after rebate with a two year commitment.

In terms of features, the Samsung Instinct is a slightly lesser phone than the iPhone, for instance while it has a removable battery, it lacks Wi-Fi and doesn't have multi touch, so it's a generation behind as far as touch screen phones go.

But assuming for the sake of your needs, the two phones are equal, which is a better deal?

They're suprisingly the same. Sprint's Everything Plan gives you unlimited data and 450 minutes a month for $69.00 the exact same deal as the iPhone on AT&T. And for unlimited minutes and data, it's $99.99 on both.

Meaning the Instinct is initially $70 cheaper, but it's still far from a budget phone.
