Ever since the media caught on (2 months late BTW) that Miley Cyrus made a Youtube video making fun of fellow child actresses Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez, but sides have been on an "ah shucks" offensive, wanting Disney's tweener audience to know that they're one big happy family after all.

Here's Demi Lovato's latest damage control, from a cover story in Teen Magazine:

“You can’t believe every rumor,” Demi explains. “Everyone on the Disney Channel is really uplifting. People try to pit me against Miley, but she sent me a four-page text saying how she knows it’s overwhelming right now and she wants to help.”

Actually, text messages are a max 160 characters, so it's impossible that Miley Cyrus send Demi a 4 page SMS. But if it wasn't for the little detail of them hating each other's guts, I'm sure Demi and Miley would totally be on texting terms.
